After graduating from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Mr. Enns worked first as a Project Engineer for Kewiet working in the drill and blast team on the Sea to Sky Highway in Vancouver British Columbia. Later wanting to come back to Ontario, Mr. Enns worked as a intern for Hatch Mot McDonald, attaining many Municipal Design skills. Mr. Enns spent almost three years in Hornepayne working with Villeneuve Construction as the Contract Administrator of the 14 Million dollar Water Treatment Plant. Through this project, Mr. Enns was involved in the intake construction of the raw water pump station at Moonlight Lake. The construction of the Water Reservour and the Administration Building. After becoming the Professional Engineer, Mr. Enns worked for contractors in Thunder Bay, sewer and water contractors, and bridge contractors. Mr Enns also work for sales companies in Thunder Bay as well as aquired some bridge inspection experience completing three hundred bridge inspections for Ministry of Natural Resources.

Business Developement skills finally led to TDE Enterprises, the successfull accomplishments of completing many projects and growing into other areas of work in Canada.
